Professionalism and Diversity Statements

PHM Society Diversity Statement

The PHM Society welcomes, respects, and values all participants in its activities as it strives to fulfil its mission serving the global prognostics and health management community. The Society seeks to foster an inclusive and transparent environment where all individuals can contribute diverse ideas, experiences, perspectives and talents to help further the advancement of the PHM Society. The Society is committed to be diverse and inclusive while pursuing its goals of education, professional development, growth of global talent, fostering and recognizing leadership, and providing a non-competitive forum for networking and sharing best practices in the PHM field.

PHM Society Professionalism Statement

The PHM Society expects all participants to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and accountability in every activity, whether attending or presenting at seminars, conferences, or short courses worldwide. Participants and guests will engage in constructive, evidence-based discourse, give proper credit for ideas and work, avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidential and proprietary information, and comply with applicable laws and venue policies. The Society requires behavior that is free from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or retaliation and that supports accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and equitable participation for people of all backgrounds. By fostering mentorship, transparent communication, and collegial collaboration in a non-competitive forum, we advance professional development, global talent growth, and the shared mission of the PHM community in a manner consistent with the Society’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
